L0 Gallery, JCCAC, 30 Pak Tin Street, Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon, Hong Kong.書本是沉靜的，但書本沒有停止過跟我們說故事。書本藝術，於香港這個充滿創意活力的城市逐漸發展，我們看到很多美麗的故事。去年我們追尋閱讀以外的風景，來到第二屆香港書本藝術節，我們決定領聽書本更廣闊的聲音，以「書語有時」為題，邀請海外及本地藝術家參與，透過不同類別的書藝作品，讓大家傾聽書本的話語。本屆書本藝術節共分四個類別：概念、裝幀、獨立出版及公開徵集。書本藝術涉足文學、設計、藝術、工藝，每一件作品，都存在藝術家們各自的堅持與自身的修煉。是次展覽旨為推動本土書本藝術發展，期間將會提供不同活動包括公開講座、工作坊及教育閣等，希望為觀眾帶來更多體會。在聆聽過書本的聲音之後，領會屬於自己的書語。Books are silence, but they never stop telling us stories.Book art involves literature, design, fine art and craft; every artwork reflects its artist’s determination and sophistication. This year consists of four components: concepts, binding, independent publication and open call artworks.By inviting local and foreign artists and displaying various kinds of book artworks, we present books’ messages to all of you.
